Longtime friends Buster
Hymen and Craven Moorehead formed the group in 1999 after discovering their
similar passion for writing perverted parodies.
By cleverly crafting X-rated lyrics into your favorite Top 40 hits, it was
the perfect way to blend together their 3 greatest pleasures....music, comedy,
and sex! Dick Fitzinya of Rolling Bone magazine calls them a cross between
Andrew "Dice" Clay and "Weird Al" Yankovic.
The name Smashing Rumpkin refers to the act of spontaneous anal intercourse
between 2 consenting heterosexual adults.
In early 2001, Smashing
Rumpkin started the infamous "Size Doesn't Matter" tour,
including stops in nursing homes and sperm banks. They
have since done many electrifying live performances around the Los Angeles
club circuit.
There is never a dull moment as they always include several vocal as well
as visual celebrity impersonations to add to their already diversified show.
Recently, the perverted pair performed at Viva Libido 2002, hosted by D.J.'s
Mark & Brian of KLOS radio.
The show was a major success as over 1,500 screaming fans could be heard in
unison on the chorus of their hit song "Cum with my Dildo".
